About Me
I am Omar Ritter, a multifaceted leader, mental health advocate, and finance expert. My journey includes graduating from West Point and notable military service, where I earned a Bronze Star, Valor Device, and Combat Action Badge for my leadership in Iraq. After transitioning to finance, I earned my MBA from Columbia Business School. I also hold several designations, including Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), and Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA).
In my book West Point to Wall Street: My Journey to Mental Health, I share my personal experiences with mental health challenges to destigmatize these issues. Through my motivational speaking engagements, I aim to illustrate my commitment to mental wellness and servant leadership.
In my finance career, I have excelled as a Chief Financial Officer at a billion-dollar firm and held key finance roles at Wells Fargo and JP Morgan Chase. Additionally, I own Frontline Capital Strategies, LLC, where I provide Fractional CFO Services as a member of FocusCFO.

Currently, I reside in Charlotte, NC, with my family, and I am dedicated to making a positive impact through motivational speaking, mental health advocacy, and financial expertise. If you're interested in booking a speaking engagement, learning about my book, or exploring Fractional CFO services, feel free to reach out. I invite you to embrace the journey with me as I empower others to face challenges with resilience.
